Ephesians 6:1-5

"Children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right.

Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ."

What a wonderful field trip we had to the kitchen!
Who knew math could be so much fun?!? And fourth
graders also found out what their teacher's favorite
food was growing up and still is!

Grandparent's Day ~ 2010

What a wonderful Grandparent's Day we had in fourth grade!
The students sang their favorite songs, recited
1 Corinthians 13:1-4, and put on a play called
"Grandpa's Teeth." We even had a game show
called "Getting To Know Your Grandparent's"
where many students asked the grandparent's
questions about their childhood and life growing up.
To end our fun day, grandparents and parents
helped students fill out their family trees.
Thank you grandparents for visiting our
classroom and for teaching us! May you
never stop spoiling us and being our role models!

Round-Up Sunday - 2010

Sisters? No, but we act like it!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY A DAY EARLY, KIM!

I thank God for my roomie/friend/sister.

Nothing like great food, great friends, and fellowship on Sunday.

I even was able to eat with some of my fourth grade girls today - Reauna, Rachel, & Lily.

What a wonderful Round-Up Sunday we had today! Thank God for the visitors that came out to Central. We had some special music, good preaching, fun games for the kids, and tasty food.
